Taste Of The Vineyard - Martha's Vineyard, MA

You would think Memorial Day Weekend was the kick off for the summer season on Martha’s Vineyard, but after attending The Taste of the Vineyard last night, it’s fair to say that it was THE kick-off for the summer! Over 75 restaurants, wineries, and food service establishments were in place yesterday June 13th, ready to welcome hundreds of hungry foodies, wine drinkers, and beer lovers. It was almost like a debutante ball, where both ladies and gentlemen dressed to impress. As I volunteered with the Homeport Restaurant, tucked right next to the entrance, we commented on how there was not ONE repeat dress in the vast sea of colors! And the food – it was divine. Just thought I’d share a few shoots from the event – now let’s plan on attending together next year!
