Steamed Asian salmon is one of my favorite dinners, and it’s a quick and easy way to eat healthy, too.

This post is sponsored by American Kitchen Cookware, and I will receive compensation, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

‘Tis the season for giving, and thanks to our sponsor, American Kitchen Cookware, I’m giving away some great cookware! I’m also sharing a great recipe to kick off 2016 with a healthy, delicious start!

Steamed Asian Salmon in American Kitchen Cookware

I’ve worked quite a bit with American Kitchen Cookware this year, providing you with quick and easy recipes that you can make in their cookware. And now, thanks to them, you’re eligible to win one of my favorite pans- their 2 quart pot, along with the steamer insert!

This is the pan you need to kick off a year of healthy eating, because steaming is a great technique to use when you’re cutting down on fats. Steaming is also a fast way to delicately cook vegetables and proteins, without the addition of oils!

Head to the American Kitchen Cookware blog to get my steamed Asian salmon recipe.

You can find all sorts of other healthy recipes there too, including these recipes of mine:

Sesame Mint Snap Peas. Remember that peas are good for you, and they are also incredibly delicious with mint!

Thai Shrimp Soup

Champagne and Asparagus Risotto. Ok, so this side dish isn’t exactly healthy, but it does have asparagus in it, and that’s a vegetable! 🙂

The giveaway that was originally included in this post has ended. The giveaway entry form has since been removed from the post.
