Champagne Risotto 02

Every now and then around comes a brand that I’m head over heels in love and ready to work with. That’s what happened with American Kitchen Cookware by Regal Ware. The fact that my mother used Regal Ware in her kitchen while I was growing up, made the connection even better.

For the next six months, American Kitchen and I will be working together to develop some outstanding recipes that make their pots and pans shine. These pots and pans are pretty fantastic, if I do say so myself. And even better is that they have been a trusted, family-owned manufacturer of quality cookware for more than 100 years! Made in the USA, it’s something you can be proud of having in your own kitchen.

This recipe using their 10-inch Premium Stainless Steel Sauté Pan is the most delicious risotto recipe you’ll ever taste! My friends could not stop eating it – the fresh asparagus gives it great texture, while the champagne just adds phenomenal flavor. Made in 35 minutes, it’s also quite quick and easy to make.

Head to the American Kitchen Blog and grab the recipe for this Champagne and Asparagus Risotto

– it’s perfect for weeknight dinners, special events, friendly get togethers, or a romantic date night for two!

Disclaimer: American Kitchen is a paying sponsor of Cooking with Books and has compensated my time to develop these recipes and posts. Thank you for supporting brands that make this blog happen!
