These Sesame & Mint Snap Peas are the perfect side dish for the season – fresh and perfectly seasoned, they make a meal quite delicious, whatever you serve!
When you’re looking for a unique side dish, you don’t have to look far in case of vegetables. Seriously, any vegetable will do. What you will have to do is infuse it with unique and uncommon flavors, spices, and herbs. The usual greens get a twist when served with flavors that will make your mouth burst with happiness, like these snap peas.
Instead of just tossing them in the usual butter, I sautéed them with sesame oil and tossed with sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and fresh mint. These flavors come together to present a great side dish to serve at your next dinner party – it’s that impressive, yet incredible simple so you can make these tonight for family dinner! Get the recipe for these sesame & mint snap peas here. For this recipe, I used their 8-inch stainless steel skillet – perfect for making side dishes, reheating meals, and searing a steak for one!
