What better way to start a Monday than with the opportunity to win twelve amazing, gorgeously new cookbooks!? Seriously, I can’t think of a better way. A group of food blogger friends, led by Jennifer of Savory Simple, have handpicked their favorite cookbook and come together to give them all away to ONE WINNER!
How amazing do all these cookbooks sound?! I have a couple of them and am making a list of the others to buy ASAP. My pick for this cookbook giveaway is Chef’s Easy Weeknight Dinners: 100 Fast & Delicious Recipes from Star Chefs by the great folks over at Food & Wine.
Why I want you to win this cookbook (and the 11 others!): this cookbook is filled with simple yet totally inspired recipes by some of my favorite chefs like Rick Bayless, Carla Hall, Tyler Florence, Alex Guarnaschelli, and more. The recipes are crazy creative but using easy to find ingredients, with expert tips, ideas on one pot meals and make ahead dishes, and pairing ideas as well. Oh and an added bonus is that they were all meticulously texted by the Food & Wine Kitchen.

The Joy of Cooking where you combine cooking school with wonderful recipes. I would be lost without it. I have learned so many great kitchen skills and tricks from using this cookbook. By far the best banana bread recipe ever created.
Too many favorites to pick one
My favorite cookbook at the moment is Southern Living Heirloom Recipe Cookbook.
Thanks for the giveaway 🙂
You want me to choose only one cookbook as a favorite???? If you make me pick just one, I’d have to go with Baking Illustrated. As much as I like to cook, I LOVE to bake. I checked this out of the library so many times, a friend finally took pity on me and bought it for me. I love how they explain all their experimenting with ingredients and tools.
I love my Betty Crocker cookbook that is 35 years old. It’s basic and many of the pages are spattered with memories of favorite recipes! These 12 look UH-mazing!!
Wow—I would also struggle so to name a favorite, I can always count on Joy of Cooking 🙂
Honestly, my favorite cookbook, the one I use almost weekly (if not more) is our family cookbook that I was blessed to have a grandparents who took the time way back in 89 put together a wonderful collection of family favorite recipes. Now that they have passed we cherish that cookbook even more and the recipes are all classic down-home southern favorites that you just cannot go wrong with.
Nothing compares to good ol’ betty crocker in a pinch! 🙂
Cook’s Magazine, cover to cover, so informative.
Ina Garten is a favorite.
And still refer to Better Homes & Garden’s cookbook from the 60″s
