What better way to start a Monday than with the opportunity to win twelve amazing, gorgeously new cookbooks!? Seriously, I can’t think of a better way. A group of food blogger friends, led by Jennifer of Savory Simple, have handpicked their favorite cookbook and come together to give them all away to ONE WINNER!
How amazing do all these cookbooks sound?! I have a couple of them and am making a list of the others to buy ASAP. My pick for this cookbook giveaway is Chef’s Easy Weeknight Dinners: 100 Fast & Delicious Recipes from Star Chefs by the great folks over at Food & Wine.
Why I want you to win this cookbook (and the 11 others!): this cookbook is filled with simple yet totally inspired recipes by some of my favorite chefs like Rick Bayless, Carla Hall, Tyler Florence, Alex Guarnaschelli, and more. The recipes are crazy creative but using easy to find ingredients, with expert tips, ideas on one pot meals and make ahead dishes, and pairing ideas as well. Oh and an added bonus is that they were all meticulously texted by the Food & Wine Kitchen.

My favorite is Baking with Julia.
It’s so hard to pick one favorite…I mean it’s like picking a favorite child or fjust one dessert for the rest of your life….impossible…but this list of twelve is a great list!
Right now it’s Lighten up y’all.
I love Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc!
My favorite cookbook has been The Silver Palate and The New Basics
I’m loving some different ones now.
I adore Claudia Roden’s The Food of Spain. I know she is better known for her Middle Eastern/Mediterranean cookbook, but the quality of her Spanish cookbook is simply out standing. The book sings history and culture. It is a wonderful journey through Spain. Roden writes beautiful and many of the recipes are simple and easy to prepare! Even though I have cooked far more dishes from her other cookbooks, this book is a real gem.
