If you haven’t heard by now, Cooking with Books and 19 other amazing food blogs have been chosen to cook, eat and share recipes from Emeril’s new book, Sizzling Skillets and Other One-Pot Wonders. I’m excited to be a part of this Blogger Cooking Party for various reasons, but specifically because I love Emeril’s energy in the kitchen! Thanks Secret Ingredient Club and Morrow Cookbooks!

The party starts on Sunday (so come back!!) and will go until October 1st! Which means I will be cooking and sharing recipes with you from three different locations: Dominican Republic, Miami (cooking with Grandma, who LOVES Emeril!) and the last week, Martha’s Vineyard (cooking with M., so it’ll be definitely fun to have a cook and a baker in the kitchen!)

During this first week, I will be sharing three complete recipes to get you started cooking one-pot wonders while you wait (pre-order your book here); since I want everyone to go out and get this amazing book, these will be the only recipes that will be shared fully. The rest of the party will be about teasing you with the recipes I’ve made, as well as sharing specific cooking techniques, recommending great cookware and showing you how to make the most of your ingredients, whether you’re cooking for 1 or for 100! Head on over here on Sunday to start the party with a great recipe to welcome the fall season!

Fun Fact: Emeril was our gradaution speaker at CIA. And no, he did not say BAM!

The top performing blogger, as selected by T-Fal, will be awarded an Emeril by T-Fal Slow Cooker. YOU will be eligible to win a copy of the cookbook, as well as the 7-piece zak! set.
