Because sometimes, all we need and want is something so simple, but so delicious. 
There are times when words are just too much. And besides, it’s just a smoothie, so you don’t need 1000 words.
Sometimes, especially during November, we crave that summer heat, and even a summer time treat.
And at ALL times, coconut and banana will always remind you of that summer.

Banana coconut smoothies are just the thing to fix your ‘I miss summer food’ cravings. Here’s the recipe.

Banana Coconut Smoothies

A quick and nutritious smoothie to get your day started!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup Silk milk alternative Coconut Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

Instructions

  • Use a blender to combine all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Add extra sweetness if needed, with more honey. Blend in 3-4 ice cubes if you want it thicker and more like a milkshake consistency.
  • Enjoy and start your morning with a healthy drink that will surely remind you of summer!
