Roasted Grapes

Sweet grapes can be used in many different types of recipes. They make a great topping for ice cream, eaten in salads, smoothies, and even with chicken. Once you see how easy they are to make, you’ll want to make this recipe a lot!

Roasted Ice Syrup Grapes

Simple and delicious, a great way to use grapes in a savory setting!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons Cabernet Franc Ice Syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Wash and remove stems from the grapes. Pat dry and place on sheet tray.
  • Drizzle Cabernet Fran Ice Syrup over grapes and toss lightly.
  • Roast for 30 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Uses: toss in salad, serve alongside roasted pork, or better yet, with a slice of pound cake and whipped cream. The possibilities are endless!

  2. I have no idea what ice syrup is but I roasted grapes for the first time last week. I just used olive oil and thyme – what did I know but they were good. I served them with risotto.

    Yours look really good.
