Welcome to Build A Better Me: Healthy Blogging Challenge, hosted by members of Virtual Potluck!

What is it? It’s always been said that a support group will be the most assertive thing to have when trying to reach a goal, be it a healthy weight or a resolution on eating more chocolate. Over here us Virtual Potluckers, friends and foodies alike, have joined forces in creating a space (and a gorgeous logo thanks to Heather of Farmgirl Gourmet) that will allow us to share healthy recipes, fitness tips and routines, sponsored giveaways with health in mind and so much more! Whenever you see the logo on a blog post, you’ll know it’s a good for you recipe!

What’s the time frame? All of 2012 and beyond! Healthy food bloggers is our goal!

  5. What a great project. We are working on some things in our home as well. More exercise, less meats and lower fat foods. It is always a great thing to do at the beginning of a new year!
