Welcome back to our Cooking with Books Giveaway Week! Today you’ll be eligible to win a tool that will become indispensable in your kitchen, one that will result in more consistent cakes, cookies and more. That tool my dear readers, is a kitchen scale.
Back in August I reviewed the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale, sharing with my readers how much I liked it and most importantly, the importance of having a kitchen scale (ANY scale!). Thankfully, the generous folks over EatSmart Products know how important scales are in our baking and cooking and have offered to give one away to a Cooking with Books reader!

I learned at EatSmart Products site that the EatSmart Precicion Retro Mechanical Kitchen Scale “includes” a 1.5 quart stainless steel bowl to conveniently hold your product while you accurately weigh it. And it’s available at a great sale price. Nice!!

Measuring by weight is way more accurate than measuring by volume. Need one of these for school (and home).

I learned that they sell luggage scales and that the EatSmart Precision Pro scale was featured in Cooking Light magazine recently.
