My all time favorite slow cooker recipe is North carolina Pulled Pork.
My favorite recipe:
Roast Beef
Carrots, Onions, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Beef Broth, Mushroom Soup (2 cans), Lipton Onion Soup (1 envelope) and garlic.
Brown the roast and put all ingredients in slow cooker. Set it on low and forget it! By dinnertime, Viola! Delicious!
