Roasted Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie
Intensify fresh strawberries by roasting them in the oven to draw out the natural sugars - and then make smoothies with them!

Ingredients

pint
fresh strawberries
hulled

small bananas
chopped

cup
Stonyfield Smooth and Creamy yogurt
1
cup
Stonyfield whole milk
1
cup
coconut water
2
tablespoons
Super Skoop All-In-One Nutritional Shake
1
cup
crushed ice
1
tablespoon
honey
chia seeds
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and place halved strawberries in the oven for 20 minutes until roasted.
Let chill for at least two hours in fridge.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and top with chia seeds.
