Roasted Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie

Intensify fresh strawberries by roasting them in the oven to draw out the natural sugars - and then make smoothies with them!

Roasted Strawberry & Chia Seed Smoothie

  • ½ pint fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 small bananas chopped
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Smooth and Creamy yogurt
  • 1 cup Stonyfield whole milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons Super Skoop All-In-One Nutritional Shake
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • chia seeds to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400F and place halved strawberries in the oven for 20 minutes until roasted.
  • Let chill for at least two hours in fridge.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and top with chia seeds.
Servings: 4 smoothies
