Real pumpkin puree, bananas, yogurt, and just a touch of honey are added along with fall spices to make this morning smoothie.

small container Chobani Plain or Honey
6 ounces

frozen banana

cup
pumpkin puree

tablespoon
Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Honey
1
cup
milk
whole milk, soy milk, almond milk

tablespoon
total of: cinnamon
cloves, nutmeg
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and sprinkle with an extra dose of ground cinnamon!
