This luscious duck mousse spread is both sweet with the addition of dried cranberries and a bit nutty because it's covered in toasted pecans. The perfect gourmet party on the go appetizer!
2teaspoonselderflower liquor*St. Germain works best
1cupwhole pecansslightly toasted and crushed
Instructions
In a bowl, fold together the duck mousse, cream cheese, and chopped cranberries.
Drizzle in the elderflower liquor and stir until combined.
Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In the meantime, place crushed pecans on a plate.

Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve alongside fresh fruit, nuts, and crackers.
Notes
*Elderflower liquor lends to providing a slight floral and sweet note to this recipe. If you don't have any on hand, a teaspoon of Grand Marnier (orange liquor) works as well.
