Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a baking tray with oil.
Using a strainer, press morels to remove as much water as possible. Save this water for later use in stocks, soups, and sauces.
Finely dice morels and reserve.
In a small, microwave safe bowl, warm cheese cheese for 30 seconds. Fold in chopped morels, Sriracha, ground Chili Paste, and season with salt & pepper.
Fold out puff pastry sheet and cut into squares, rectangles or triangles (like the crescent rolls that come in a can). Place a dollop of morel cream and top with a guava paste square.
Brush the sides with egg wash and fold or roll into shape. Brush the tops again with egg wash and place in baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until flaky and golden brown.
