Hazelnut & Coconut Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients

dark brown sugar

large eggs

hazelnut milk

unsalted butter
melted

vanilla extract

almond extract

whole wheat flour

teaspoon
salt

teaspoons
baking powder
½
cup
shredded sweetened coconut
¼
cup
chopped hazelnuts
hazelnut chocolate spread
to serve
Instructions
Place the sugar, eggs, hazelnut milk, melted butter, and extracts in the blend. Mix for 5-10 seconds.
Add the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder) and mix until incorporated. You may need to scrape the sides with a spatula mid-way.
Pour mixed batter into a large bowl and fold in the coconut and chopped hazelnuts.
Cook per your waffle iron's instructions and serve warm, drizzled with hazelnut chocolate spread
