Crisp Bell Pepper Greek Yogurt Dip

avocado
peeled, cored, and chopped

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste

fresh cilantro

hemp seeds
Instructions
Top each slice of toast with Greek yogurt dip.
Mash the avocado with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Layer the avocado over the Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and hemp seeds and serve immediately.
