Currently I’m sitting in my best friend’s dining room table in Nashville, while her two toddlers are watching The Little Mermaid in the background and the newborn swings away to a lullaby on her baby swing. The best friend is taking a nap and I’m trying to catch up with work. As you know, we don’t have any kids, but with a friend with three girls – who needs to have kids of her own!?

You’ve probably heard of the trend that is avocado toast, but you might be new to the Sabra Greek Yogurt Dips, which I’m excited to share with you today.

The ingredients in my dip are real as well! Ingredients: Yogurt, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Onion, Water, Canola Oil, Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Pectin, Cultured Skim Milk, Cultured Dextrose, Spices, Sodium Citrate, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid. That’s it!

But back to the avocado toast. Toast some oat multigrain bread, then slather on the Crisp Bell Pepper Greek Yogurt Dip. Top with chunky mashed avocado, olive oil and pepper. Then sprinkle it with fresh cilantro and hemp seeds. This is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-day snack.

- 2 slices oat multigrain bread, toasted
- 4 tablespoons Crisp Bell Pepper Greek Yogurt Dip
- 1 avocado, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- ½ tablespoon hemp seeds
- Top each slice of toast with Greek yogurt dip.
- Mash the avocado with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Layer the avocado over the Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and hemp seeds and serve immediately.
