Instructions
Blend the ice, whole & coconut milk, coffee, cocoa, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together until delicious.
In a small bowl, whip the cream to medium peaks.
Serve coconut mocha frappe in glasses, top with a dollop of whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate coconut chips.
