Ingredients

cups
coconut ice cream
½
cup
strong brewed dark espresso or coffee
1
cup
whole milk
1
teaspoon
coconut extract
whipped cream
to taste
caramel sauce
to taste
chocolate sprinkles
to taste
toasted coconut
to taste
Instructions
In a blend, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sprinkles, and toasted coconut!
