  • 4 ounces chilled Champagne
  • .25 ounce Sorel
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions

  • Place sugar cube in champagne flute.
  • Add dash of bitters.
  • Pour in champagne.
  • Finish with Sorel.
