½cup1 stick, 112 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
4eggs
1box16 ounces, 455 grams pound cake mix
1pound455 grams powdered sugar
8ounces225 grams cream cheese, room temperature
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside.
In a mixer, beat butter, 2 eggs, and cake mix until well combined. Pour into greased pan and spread evenly.
In another bowl, whip together the other 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Pour over cake mix in pan and bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown and the center is cooked.
Slice and serve with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or all by its self.
