Honey Summer Ale Beer Bread
This quick bread makes use of all the chilled summer ale beers you have in the fridge right now - slather a slice with butter and enjoy while warm!

Ingredients

bread flour

all purpose flour

tablespoon
baking powder

granulated sugar

tablespoon
kosher salt

tablespoons
honey
½
stick butter
melted

summer ale beer
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the honey and butter.
Add the beer to the dry ingredients, mixing just to incorporate.
Drizzle in the honey/butter mixture and fold in.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
