Ingredients
for the salad:

cooked quinoa

cup
fresh spring peas

cup
crushed cashews

plump raisins
thinly sliced apples
to taste
for the dressing:

olive oil

white balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Toss all the salad ingredients together. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, and salt.
Drizzle dressing over salad and serve alongside thinly sliced apples for added crunch!
