Goji Berry & Coconut Granola

Ingredients

coconut oil

tablespoons
maple or agave syrup

rolled oats

tablespoon
golden flax seeds

cup
coconut flakes
unsweetened and toasted
½
cup
goji berries
⅓

unsalted sunflower seeds
¼
teaspoon
powdered cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and agave or maple syrup together.
Drizzle melted oil and syrup over the rolled oats and toss to coat. Add flaxseeds and spread on a baking sheet.
Bake oats for 15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
Toss toasted oats with coconut, goji berries, and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool.
Store in an airtight container and serve with yogurt, over fresh fruit, or in a bowl of milk!
