pitted (save the skins)

small red onion

cooked and diced

fresh lime juice

fresh lime zest

cranberry jelly
Instructions
Slightly mash the avocado and gently combine the rest of the ingredients.
Serve guacamole inside original skins and serve with plantain chips!
