Crab Claws in Curry Sauce

snow crab claws
thawed

tablespoon
unsalted butter
½
large yellow onion
thinly sliced

garlic glove
minced
1
teaspoon
minced fresh ginger
½
cup
half and half
½
cup
coconut milk
1
tablespoon
curry powder
1
teaspoon
turmeric powder
salt
to taste
fresh parsley
to taste
Instructions
In a medium sauce pot, melt the butter and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger.
Once translucent, add the half & half, coconut milk, and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens a little. Taste and season.
Add crab claws and warm through for 5 more minutes. Serve immediately with fresh herbs.
