Ingredients

large zucchinis
peeled
½
cup
chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoon
sesame seeds
toasted

tablespoons
sesame oil

tablespoon
rice vinegar
Instructions
Shred the zucchini either with a hand grater or in a food processor using a grater attachment.
Toss with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, oil, and vinegar. Refrigerate for one hour and serve cold.
