Brown Sugar Sage Latte
This herbaceous coffee drink is what you need to warm up on cold winter days - sage steeped in milk for your latte will infuse you with great warmth!

Ingredients
½
cup
strong coffee or 1 shot espresso
1
cup
whole milk
1
tablespoon
dark brown sugar
2
fresh sage leaves
⅛
teaspoon
cardamon
whipped cream
to top
Instructions
Brew a strong coffee or espresso.
In a small pot, steep milk, sugar, sage, and cardamom for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
To serve, pour coffee in cup, top with strained steeped milk and whipped cream.
Sprinkle brown sugar and decorate with sage leaf on top.
