A whole wheat pasta salad laced with a basil pesto hummus dressing and tossed with fresh tomatoes and avocados.

Ingredients

whole wheat pasta

ounces
Sabra Basil Pesto Hummus
ΒΌ
cup
olive oil mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
2
tablespoons
champagne vinegar
1
medium tomato
diced
1
medium avocado
peeled, pitted, and diced
fresh basil
torn
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package and cool.
Whisk together the hummus, mayonnaise, olive oil, and vinegar.
Toss cooled pasta, hummus dressing, diced tomatoes and avocados.
Chill for an hour and serve with freshly torn basil leaves.
