In the meantime, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, vinegar, and ONE ounce of shredded cheese. Reserve the rest of the cheese for the topping.
Once shrimp is cooled, fold into cheese mixture and place into baking dish. Top with leftover shredded cheese.
Broil for 3-4 minutes until warmed through and cheese on top is brown and bubbly.
Serve immediately with celery sticks, crackers, and chips.
