Italian 9-Grain Bread
This recipe makes a flavorful and hearty loaf bread, perfect for sandwiches.

9-grain flour blend

granulated sugar

teaspoons
salt

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoons
dried Italian herbs

teaspoons
active dry yeast
Instructions
Place water and oil in bottom of bread maker mold.
Add flour and make a well in the center (not too deep!)
Sprinkle yeast in the center and the rest of the ingredients around it.
Set to bake on the REGULAR COURSE and select MEDIUM on CRUST CONTROL.
