The Compass Rose

Ingredients
  • a pinch ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cranberries
  • 4 ounces coconut water
  • 1½ ounce cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce almond (orgeat) syrup
  • sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Build in mixing glass, add pinch cloves. Shake to integrate.
  2. Add coconut water, cranberry juice, and almond syrup. Shake!
  3. In highball glass, add layer of fresh cranberries to the bottom of the glass.
  4. Fill with crushed ice over cranberries.
  5. Strain shaken beverage over ice.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprig and serve!
