This Ultra-Creamy Avocado Kale Smoothie recipe is just what you need when you're craving something nourishing and delicious!
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ bunch fresh kale, de-stemmed
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, cashew)
  • 1 cup ice
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend everything but the ice until smooth.
