This Cinnamon Roll & Dulce de Leche Bread Pudding is just what you need - sweet, delicious bread pudding love!
  • 30 Cinnabon BonBites™, chopped (about 4-5 cups)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup Dulce de Leche
  • whipped cream, to serve
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, spices and baking powder.
  3. Soak the chopped Cinnabon rolls for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour into a greased 8" by 8" pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Once out of the oven, drizzle the dulce de leche all over. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, or both!
