Brown Sugar Sage Latte

This herbaceous coffee drink is what you need to warm up on cold winter days - sage steeped in milk for your latte will infuse you with great warmth!
  • ½ cup strong coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 2 fresh sage leaves
  • ⅛ teaspoon cardamon
  • whipped cream, to top
  1. Brew a strong coffee or espresso.
  2. In a small pot, steep milk, sugar, sage, and cardamom for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. To serve, pour coffee in cup, top with strained info milk and whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and decorate with sage leaf on top.
