Green Goddess Dressing

This fresh and bright salad dressing is one of my favorites over salad greens as well as a slathering spread on a sandwich!
  • 1 cup Whole Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh watercress
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly cracked pepper
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid and keep refrigerated.
