  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces unsalted butter
  • 3 ounces coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 7 ounces granulated sugar
  • 3.5 ounces ark brown sugar
  • 4 ounces self rising flour
  • 3 ounces chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1, 4.7 ounce bag barkTHINS
  • ½ cup Barefoot & Chocolate spread, warmed

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and coconut oil. Add vanilla and salt.
  3. Let chocolate mixture cool, and in the meantime in your mixer, whisk eggs until fluffy for 3-4 minutes. Add sugars and whisk until light and fluffy.
  4. Slowly drizzle in chocolate mixture.
  5. Add flour and chocolate chips, but do not over mix.
  6. Pour batter into pan and carefully layer pieces of barkTHINS on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully baked. Let rest for at least two hours before cutting.
  8. Drizzle and serve with warmed chocolate spread.
