Piña Colada Ice Pops

Serves: 10 ice pops
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup cool mint tea
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ tablespoon rum
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until the pineapple breaks up.
  2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze overnight.
  3. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
