Ingredients
base recipe:
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • sea salt, small pinch
for berries and cream, add:
  • ¼ cup frozen berries and/or cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Berry Powder
for pineapple and coconut, add:
  • 2 tablespoon chopped or pureed pineapple
  • substitute milk and/or yogurt in base recipe for coconut
for spiced chocolate:
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon each: cinnamon, cloves, ginger
