Chocolate Raspberry Almond Pastry

This Chocolate Raspberry Almond Pastry recipe is just what you need when you're looking for a quick treat with honestly only two ingredients (puff pastry and a chocolate bar), or four of you count the almonds sprinkled on top and the raspberries served on the side.
  • 1 bar chocolate
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • optional: almonds and raspberries
  1. Lay out the sheet of puff pastry. Place the chocolate bar in the center, cut diagonal lines along the left and right side of the chocolate bar about an inch apart.
  2. Remove corner pieces and starting from the top of the chocolate bar, fold down the flap then alternate right and left until you are close to the bottom. Fold the bottom flap up and finish alternating between right and left. Tuck any extra puff pastry underneath.
  3. Place on parchment paper lined baking tray.
  4. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with almonds and raspberries if desired.
