American Kitchen Cookware Giveaway

As many of you know, I’ve been creating recipes with American Kitchen Cookware for the past year, and I’ve signed up to continue working with them again this year!

To kick off the spring/summer season, we’re giving away a 10-inch Non-stick Fry Pan, a 12-inch Stainless Steel Skillet and a 2-quart Saucepan and Cover plus Steamer Insert. Valued at over $250, this cookware giveaway is perfect if you’re looking to replace some of your most used cookware pieces, and let me just tell you, these will become your favorite pieces in your entire kitchen!

In the 10-inch Non-stick Fry Pan, I make the most perfect omelets and fried eggs. Nothing sticks to this fry pan, so it’s ideal for breakfast staples like eggs and pancakes.

The 12-inch Stainless Steel Skillet is my go-to skillet when making dinner for four. This gorgeous pan is wide enough to fit 4-6 chicken breasts, 4 thick cut, bone-in pork chops, or even a couple of rib eye steaks! Plus, the stainless steel is perfect for searing proteins.

Last, but not least, the 2-quart Saucepan and Cover plus Steamer Insert is the perfect size to steam grains like quinoa and rice on the bottom, and vegetables on top!

Stovetop Lasagna

This stovetop lasagna is everything you’ve dream of – only easier, faster, and just as delicious as traditional lasagna! One pot and everything is cooked in perfect order, coming together at the end with perfectly cooked lasagna noodles, fresh mozzarella, savory ground beef, and aromatic fresh basil. This is what lasagna dreams are made of, in under 30 minutes.

Lighter Chicken Pot Pie

Typically, you’re eating chicken pot pie in the middle of winter. But somehow Mother Nature forgot about us in New England and is still giving us these cold, windy 30F days. While spring gets its act together, this recipe for a lighter, healthier chicken pot pie is simmering on the stove top.

Latin Black Bean Soup

Another soup that’s a winter favorite but come spring, I love serving it with fresh avocado slices and cilantro springs to brighten it up. Plus, this is perfect for those taco nights – simmered to perfection with a ham hock, your beans have never tasted this good! Make a large stock pot of this and freeze in batches for those nights when you don’t want to cook.

Beer Steamed Peel & Eat Shrimp

Now this beer steamed peal and eat shrimp recipe is the perfect summer recipe – I can’t wait for the days that it’s 75F out and we’re sitting on our deck with some chilled Chardonnay and a pot of this shrimp recipe.

Homemade Milk Chocolate Pudding

Last, but never last, is dessert. And nothing better for dessert than homemade milk chocolate pudding. Seriously, this lusciously smooth, chocolate packed recipe is so simple to make, it’s worth never buying those shelf-stable packs at the grocery store. Cooked over a double boiler, you know you’ll turn out some incredibly tasty pudding!
