Most mornings, I start the day with a smoothie. What hits the blender blades depends on what I’m craving.
If I need something refreshing, the base will be coconut water. If I’m craving something indulgent and creamy, a scoop of cacao or an extra frozen banana is my jam. Speaking of jam, add some natural fruit preserves to your next smoothie!
