When in Las Vegas, make sure to stop by Payard Patisserie & Bistro, located near the convention space escalators across from Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. One of the best times to stop in? Breakfast!

Breakfast at Payard, Las Vegas

Vegas is all about indulging in decadent meals, at least it is for us. We tend to take one trip a year to Las Vegas to experience the new restaurants and what the new trends are. One of our new spots for breakfast is Payard Patisserie & Bistro. Just look at that Eggs Benedict on a Croissant – it’s to die for! A buttery croissant is topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and a decadent hollandaise sauce. Basically, the breakfast of champions, at least in my book!

The Payard empire was created by famed French pastry master and Chef François Payard, an idol of mine for the past decade. His pastries are delicate and well thought out, delightfully French, and taste amazing.

Their Brioche French Toast with sautéed berries and whipped cream is such a treat – the perfectly baked brioche bread is soaked in batter and lightly fried for the ideal texture. We also enjoyed their bread and butter once we sat down with our coffees. Nothing I love more than dipping a warm bread roll into my coffee – it might sound weird, but it’s totally delicious.

It might seem odd to return to Vegas year after year, but we definitely think – and many publications agree – Vegas is one of the hottest cities in the USA, where celebrity chefs go to develop new trends and ideas, executing them in some of the best restaurants.

So next time you’re in Las Vegas, make sure to stop by Payard in Ceasar’s Palace for a delicious breakfast, brunch, or just swing by for some pastries or chocolates from their shop!
