Tandoori Spiced Pork Meatballs

Sometimes, you need a quick protein to add to dinner. These Tandoori Spiced Pork Meatballs come together in less than 15 minutes and cook up in another 15 minutes. Get dinner on the table quick tonight!

Tandoori Spiced Pork Meatballs recipe

Every now and then, we need quick meals that can be on the table in less than thirty minutes and my go-to recipe are always meatballs.  Both my Cherry Chipotle Lamb Meatballs and my Freezer Friendly Quinoa Turkey Meatballs are some of my most popular recipes on the blog and for good reasons. They are quick, simple, and delicious!

Full of flavor from the tandoori spice blend (I’m in love with Spiceologist’s Tandoori Glory blend), fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, and a splash of good fish sauce – these meatballs aren’t your run-of-the-mill meatballs. Make sure to make extra and freezer them – they reheat nicely in the microwave for a quick snack.

These pork meatballs are extremely flavorful and a cinch to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori spice or curry blend
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet with a bit of oil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Using an ice cream scoop, form meatballs into round balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

I cooked these in the air fryer, even less time than the oven. I split the mix in half. I made larger balls for the spaghetti, and little balls for Italian Wedding Soup and please visit us: https://www.beckandbulow.com

The meatballs spice can be cut with cucumber yogurt sauce. We made the meatballs and served them with Naan and cucumber yogurt sauce- delish!
