…you will most likely love this Pineapple Coconut Hemp Smoothie today! Join Pacific Foods and I, while celebrating National Non-Dairy Month with a recipe for a smoothie that will wake up your senses!
We’re all on a constant search for new smoothie recipes – most of us only have time for a smoothie before work and we try to make it not only healthy, but delicious as well. Have you ever had a smoothie that although it was packed with healthy, it not only tasted awful, but the brown-sluggish color didn’t help either? I’ve been there and had to chug it “for the health of it”. Friends, let’s stop chugging smoothies that don’t taste amazing and start chugging smoothies like this Pineapple Coconut Hemp Smoothie!
Today, I’m partnering up with Pacific Foods to celebrate National Non-Dairy Month and I’m excited to be able to share this bright, fresh tasting smoothie with you! It’s packed with frozen pineapple and bananas, which I buy fresh, cut, and freeze myself (cheaper and you’re controlling the type of fruit that goes into your smoothies!). The base is Pacific Foods’ Hemp Vanilla Non-Dairy Beverage, which adds a lovely vanilla scented flavor to this breakfast smoothie, with the addition of coconut water as well. Oh and a splash of lime juice helps bring it all together – and doesn’t curdle the hemp vanilla because it’s non-dairy, yei!
A little bit about All Natural Hemp Vanilla: Lightly sweetened with brown rice syrup, our hemp milk is smooth and creamy with a nutty flavor. Made from the hemp seed, it’s a great source of plant-based nutrition including Omega 3 and 6 and essential amino acids.

Love what you’ve done here! Would it be wrong to add rum ? 🙂
