These classic rolls get a transformation with the hint of spice from my favorite Asian condiment, Sriracha. A Cape Cod classic, crab salad rolls can be found all over the Cape and Islands.

Food blogging is more than testing recipes, writing posts, and SEO/traffic. It’s about the relationships we form with other bloggers all across the world. Tweets that become emails that soon become text messages and late night phone chats. Friendships that form because who else would understand that you NEED chalkboard paint for a background prop.

After having “met” Erin of The Law Student’s Wife through tweets and emails, we jumped at the chance that she and her hubby would be on island to head to my favorite spot, Henry’s Hotel Bar at the Harbor View Hotel for lunch. Between laughs, stories, and good food, I realized – I wished all my food blogger friends lived on island!

These next couple of weeks, Erin and Ben are sadly NOT moving to Martha’s Vineyard but traveling to France! While Erin is gone, some of us are “blog-sitting” and sharing some great recipes over there, like my Sriracha Crab Salad Rolls today. Be sure to click and check out how these crab rolls will change the way you view summers!
