Chipotle shrimp fritters are delicious as a main dish, or a tasty appetizer for a dinner party with friends. Served with a creamy avocado dipping sauce, they bring zing to your taste buds!

These Shrimp Fritters spiced with Chipotle peppers and dipped in a silky smooth Avocado Dipping Sauce are the perfect end of summer treat. They will make your guests ask for seconds and thirds, and maybe fourths of these spicy fritters!

Potato flakes are good for so many different things besides making creamy mashed potatoes. Use them to thicken soups, to top a delicious shepherd’s pie. You can even use mashed potatoes to switch up regular recipes, giving them new life. Make this pot pie but use mashed potatoes as a topping instead of traditional pie crust!

Of course, mashed potato flakes also make a delicious coating for the shrimp fritters that I made.
